Project Management

This service is designed to overcome the normal and sometimes unplanned difficulties that customers experience once a decision has been taken to transfer business to a new facility. The service will provide a well-rounded project management team who will oversee the full transfer from facilitating meetings, identification of stock, stock movement, transport, data entry, management reporting, warehouse management system transfer.

During the duration of the project the Project Team from MAM will ensure that all elements of stock transfer are managed within a given pre-determined budget.

Essentially the 'Project Management' option will provide a seamless and cost-effective transition into MAM.
