MAM handles incoming calls and online order-taking. We make return calls to customers with respect of enquiries and order taking. We handle returns. Indeed we can handle all aspects of customer service enquiries, order taking and reporting without making it into some kind of "other-worldly" remote call-centre science. Our team are friendly, courteous and efficient.
Another major asset is that the team is on-site with the warehouse... it certainly helps for synergy and understanding.
